La Grancia is built in the style of a small village, around two courtyards. Guests are received in four rental apartments, all elegantly furnished, with views over extensive gardens and the Sienese countryside, one of Tuscany's most beautiful landscapes. "Il Quartiere", in the heart of the Grancia, is furnished with period pieces. I Gerani, near the entrance of La Grancia, and air conditioned, is available from June 2005. "Il Glicine" (Wisteria) and "I Girasoli" (Sunflowers), at the western end of the Grancia, are tastefully decorated in the colors of the flowers that inspire their names. They are in the building "Il Giardino," facing a tree-lined lawn leading to a private swimming pool. The gardens and the swimming pool, with a view of the valley, are exclusively for the guests of La Grancia, who can also use barbecue facilities and picnic under a pergola in the garden. All the apartments have television, independent heating, and secure parking.
